Contextual Menu Tools

Contextual-click (right-click) a selection of files to present the options available. Creating a New Folder is always available. Select the item to begin creating a new folder in the target directory. Press the Escape key to cancel the folder creation.

When a domain is configured for the Website Files entry in Lifeboat, several URL forming options join the always available items.

Copy Remote Path

Copy the NativePath (that is, unescaped) of the remote selection. Available for files and folders.

Rename

Begins editing the name of the singular selection. Press the Escape key to cancel the rename. The new name must not conflict with anything in the same directory.

Delete Selection

There is no undo but there is "are you sure?"

Set Permissions

For files, folders, and multiple selections, it is possible to set the octal permissions. A modal dialog will present the current permissions value. There is no validation, do not provide a bad value.

Set as Error Page...

This shortcut function for configuring custom error pages is available on a singular selection only. Select this item to enter error page configuration view, pre-fill the server path for the selected file, and begin editing the code field.
